Mit der speziellen stirndruckfreien Verarbeitung bietet die Form einen allzeit hohen Tragekomfort. Die Krone ist dabei mit drei Riegelpunkten am Schirm befestigt. Letzterer punktet mit einer formstabilen Einlage aus PET für den Einsatz bei jedem Wetter.

Der klassische Velourstoff enthält einen großzügigen Anteil Wolle, ergänzt durch anschmiegsame Kaschmirfasern, für ein angenehmes Wärmeklima. Gefertigt wird das flauschige Gewebe, das auch für erlesene Mäntel Verwendung findet, in Italien.
