Unser CRUNCHY GARLIC Chili Crisp bringt maximalen Knusper und das volle Aroma von goldbraun geröstetem Knoblauch direkt aufs nächste Löffel-Level. Inspiriert vom chinesischen Chili Crisp, aber mit einem ganz klaren Knobi-Fokus: kräftig würzig, leicht süßlich, extrem aromatisch - und dabei nur sehr sanft scharf.

Kurzer, transparenter Hinweis vorweg:
Auf unserem Etikett haben wir dem Crunchy Garlic 2 von 3 Chili-Schoten gegeben – ehrlich gesagt ist das mindestens eine Chili zu viel. In der Produktion ist das Chili Crisp deutlich milder ausgefallen als geplant. Dieses Chili Crisp ist also absolut anfängerfreundlich und perfekt für alle, die vor allem Crunch, Knoblauch und Umami wollen - nicht Schärfe.

Frittierter Knoblauch trifft auf Chili, Zwiebel, Sesamöl und Sojasauce - und fertig ist das Knusperwunder. Die Chili spielt hier bewusst nur eine Nebenrolle: Sie rundet ab, ohne zu brennen. Wie immer bei uns: ohne zugesetztes Glutamat oder sonstige künstliche Zusatzstoffe, liebevoll im Small Batch hergestellt und abgefüllt.

Das leicht nussige Sonnenblumenöl ist der Geschmacksträger für alle Aromen und hält die knusprigen Stückchen extra lange crunchy. Bitte vor dem Verwenden einmal kurz umrühren - und dann? Einfach überall drüberlöffeln: auf Reis, Nudeln, Bowls, Salate, Pizza, Fleisch, Gemüse oder Tofu. Selbst auf Butterbrot oder Popcorn funktioniert’s.

Nice economy casual sweater,

The knit is a little coarse, not really scratchy but not very soft. It’s a good value for what they charge. And fine for casual wear. But I ultimately decided to return it and spend a lot more to get a merino wool sweater because they are dressier, much warmer for weight, MUCH softer, and less bulky under a jacket. I like to wear mock turtlenecks under a sport coat in the fall and this sweater was a little too thick for that.

Soft and comfortable but runs a bit large

I got this turtleneck in the off white color, and it looks very clean and easy to style. The color is true to what is shown and works well with casual or more dressed up outfits.
