Der Monolift SQMIZE® MR-ML erweitert die Möglichkeiten der SQMIZE® Monster Rigs. Dieses hochwertige Werkzeug wird einfach in das Rig sicher eingehakt. Der Monolift bringt die Langhantelstange bei Squats und anderen Lifts gleich in die richtige Ausgangsposition. Walkouts sind nicht mehr nötig. Auch das Ablegen ist bei der offenen Konstruktion der Aufnahmehaken sehr einfach. Die Konstruktion ist praktisch für alle Langhantelstangen mit einer Griffweite ab 115 cm geeignet. Ein Backstop verhindert ein störendes Pendeln des Lifts. Das massive Design lässt Gewichtsaufnahmen von über 450 kg zu.
