The slow and controlled aging process occurs mainly in tanks without sulfur, and the wine is bottled without sulfur. The Daulhiac couple aims to produce a concentrated and round cuvée, with pleasant freshness and a slightly chalky texture, achieving harmony between black fruit aromas and finely spiced notes.

Lou Payral" is a red wine cuvée from Château Le Payral in IGP Périgord. The harvest is done manually and the grapes are vinified in indigenous yeasts without sulfur.
