3M™ Adflo™ PAPR and Versaflo™ M-Series Helmet Kit with Speedglas™ Weld Shield includes a hard hat with visor and a flip-up weld shield, which can help protect the face from sparks and spatter, and the eyes from intense light during MIG, TIG and stick welding. The Auto-Darkening Lens is essential PPE for skilled pros who need precision optics. Side windows in the welding helmet give each welder a wider viewing field to see more of their work area.
Respiratory protection
When used correctly, the Adflo powered air purifying respirator (PAPR) and M-Series helmet achieve an assigned protection factor (APF) of 1000. This PAPR system includes particulate filters, a lithium ion battery, and a spark arrestor.
Protection against sparks and spatter
A wide, clear faceshield helps protect the face and eyes against welding splatter, sparks and arcs. The hard hat stands up to tough jobs involving flying debris; including grinding, and TIG, MIG/MAG, and stick welding. ADF darkens milliseconds after welding begins, ensuring that eyes are protected throughout the operation.
Flip-up weld shield
The flip-up 9100 welding shield allows for quick transition between welding and non-welding tasks, and its ADF helps protect against airborne debris.
