Learning points:

  • Understand the slice-and-bake method, including shaping techniques and how chilling affects dough structure
  • Learn the importance of dough temperature control for clean and even slicing
  • Explore flavour variation across 6 flavours: Sesame, Cheese, Nutty Matcha, Chocolate, Cranberry, and Raspberry
  • Learn how to store cookie dough properly for future baking
  • Understand the correct baking time and temperature for even browning and consistent results
  • Learn the proper storage methods to maintain the cookies’ texture and freshness

Adolescent policy: Participants must be an adult, kids can join with a minimum 6-12 years old requirement.

This class will be conducted in English only. 

Equipment, tools, ingredients, apron and boxes will be provided.
