The 243 head tilts 90° in either direction on its single pivoting axis, and features a reversible 1/4"-20 mounting thread. The maximum load is 5.5 lbs, but since it clamps to glass, the max weight allotment may vary by the strength of the glass. Thus, only lighter weight optical devices should be used in conjunction with this mount.
