The Tea Tree Gully 2021 Shiraz was produced from fruit grown in the Riverland area, South Australia.

Following harvest the fruit underwent a 7 day cool soak before fermentation. After 10 days skin contact the wine was pressed and aged in French oak barrels for 6 months prior to blending and bottling.

The Tea Tree Gully runs through the Mt. Lofty Ranges in the Adelaide foothills. Our wines represent the culture, spirit and traditions of the pioneering travellers who negotiated this rugged countryside. The wine is striking with impressive fruit concentration.

Food Pairing: Slow cooked BBQ brisket or a strong hard cheese such as cheddar.
