It is also known as the longevity gland.The thymus produces T-lymphocytes, a type of white blood cell responsible for cell-mediated immunity. This term refers to immune mechanisms not controlled or mediated by antibodies. Cell-mediated immunity is extremely important in resisting infection by mold-like bacteria: yeast, fungi, parasites, viruses, toxins and allergens. The function of the thymus gland is to program white blood cells, the bodys immune army, in their various tasks and then send them into the blood to recognize and destroy pathogens. Without the thymuss instructions, the T-cells may fail to attack enemies like bacteria, viruses, or they may even mistake some of your own cells for an invading enemy and attack youknown as autoimmune disease. Not A Walking Shoe

In the photo online this shoe looks like it will be very comfortable. Kind of a classy Coach's Shoe. Also in the photo the heel portion of the sole looks thick and supportive. I bought them thinking they would be my go-to travel shoe. Wrong.
This is not a comfortable shoe for extended wear. Short durations, OK. The main problem is that the sole is very thin and flexible in all directions. There is no, as in zero arch support, plus that thin heel means that you tend to rock back on your heels and it feels like you're pounding the pavement.
I've worn once and I'm very disappointed. They look great, definitely high quality materials, but using them for the intended purpose of travel.... fah get about it.
If you're looking for a good looking shoe to wear around the gym and you don't intend to use the treadmill, or elliptical, then this is the shoe you want.
They would definitely be returned if I hadn't already worn them outside.

Very nice, but sizing is inconsistent
Size: 10 Wide, Color: Ivory/White/British Tan
All of these Cole Haan shoes are extremely well made and I like the styling. On the other hand, the sizing is very inconsistent and you may end up having to do a lot of returns trying to find the right size. Then if you get a different color of it, you may find the sizing different yet again.
If you find your right zie, they are really nice shoes at a very reasonable price for the quality.
