A deliciously dry and refreshing Rosé, made entirely from Pinot Noir, it has notes of watermelon, pacific rose apples and fresh raspberries. Pale salmon in colour, with a mineral, saline streak and a lively finish. Best served chilled with a platter, on a deck with friends and family.

The Carrick Rosé is made from estate grown, single vineyard, BioGro certified organic Pinot Noir grapes. The grapes are hand-harvested from the lower terrace of our Towan Vineyard, the first to be picked. They are crushed to extract colour, then pressed.

Following settling, the juice is racked to old oak barriques for fermentation and maturation. Combined with a portion of saignée from the Pinot ferments, the wine is blended, then is the first to be bottled to capture the freshness of this wine.
