Buffered C Active ingredients in 2 capsules:
Calcium (as calcium ascorbate) 53 mg
Magnesium (as magnesium ascorbate) 27 mg
Zinc (as zinc ascorbate) 2.5 mg
Manganese (as manganese ascorbate) 0.1 mg
Lemon Bioflavonoid Complex 100 mg
(standardized to 48 mg flavanones and naturally occurring flavanols, flavones and related phenolic compounds)

Other Ingredients: Potassium ascorbate, gelatin, microcrystalline cellulose and magnesium stearate.

Suggested Use:
Adults take 2 capsules daily with meals or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.
