A micellar/cleansing water really is is a make-up remover made of purified water and an assortment of surfactants. HOW TO USE
Apply to skin using a cotton wool pad or reuseable face pad. Does not need to be rinsed off. For waterproof or stubborn eye makeup, soak pad in cleansing water and hold over the eyes for a few seconds before wiping away
