The second-annual limited release from the Maker’s Mark Wood Finishing Series is here. For this 2020 release, we set out to create a worthy tribute to the one-of-a-kindvanilla and caramel taste notes in our signature Maker’s Mark. These notes are the result of seasoning our wood outside for a full year, which – while more time consuming – unlocks the naturally occurring notes in our classic bourbon through deeper wood degradation. To celebrate these notes, we partnered with Independent Stave Company to develop two stave profiles, SE4 and PR5 – married together to create this brand-new expression. This year marks the 10th anniversary of Maker’s Mark 46 – the brand’s first innovation and the bourbon that began our Wood Finishing Series. Since then, we’ve built upon that legacy with Maker’s Mark Private Selection and last year’s first limited release, RC6. Each annual limited release highlights a different, unique aspect of the originalMaker’s Mark taste profile – illustrating how variations in wood can amplify the depths of flavor within our bourbon. Material feels sturdy and was a perfect fit compatible for my iPad. There's adequate grip and padding for a comfortable yet slim feel. Magnets hold it close and in one position when propping it up for watching landscape videos. Back is translucent as advertised. Solid product, put it on as i opened my new ipad for immediate protection. Perfectly safe blind buy if you're also getting that 'frequently bought together' suggestion from Amazon.

Very pretty and bright. It’s thick and great quality. Strong grip and doesn’t come off easily. Easy to clean when it gets dirty. It also has a nice backing. I prefer the transparent bright pink backing than the clear version. I love the strong magnetic for when I position it upwards. It can be positioned downwards too.
