A proven performer in USDA Zones 4–8, Heritage bears two crops per year — a light summer harvest on last year’s canes and a heavy fall crop on new growth. The berries are flavorful, aromatic, and easy to pick, making this variety a favorite among home gardeners and small farms alike.

Planting & Care:
- Full sun; space canes 2–3 ft apart in rows 6–8 ft apart
- Plant in rich, well-drained soil (pH 6.0–6.8)
- Keep soil evenly moist, especially during establishment
- Mulch around plants to conserve moisture and reduce weeds
- Fertilize lightly in early spring and after harvest
- Prune canes annually — remove spent canes after fruiting
- Everbearing varieties produce a summer crop on old canes and a fall crop on new canes
