Henry Bakor BE185169 18.9-Litre Blue Seal One-Step Liquid Foundation Waterproof Rubber Membrane (150 sqft. per Pail) is a one-step, liquid-applied, water-based waterproofing membrane for exterior foundation walls. Its ready-to-use formulation combines the features of a sealer, and an elastomeric waterproofing membrane based on ETV copolymer rubber. BLUE SEAL’s high solids content and soft creamy consistency make it effective for waterproofing and sealing concrete, polystyrene insulation board, foam insulation, Insulated Concrete Forms (I.C.F.), wood and other common surfaces. Blue Seal cures to a seamless, non-deteriorating rubber membrane that allows for expansion and contraction over a wide range of temperatures. It can easily bridge cracks up to 1.5 mm (1/16”). Blue Seal™ is V.O.C. compliant and does not contain any volatile or harmful solvents, eliminating health and environmental considerations during application. Blue Seal™ is non-toxic through the use of advanced polymer technology, allowing for simple, safe application and easy clean up.
