A DL size envelope will hold an A4 sheet of paper folded into 3 equal sections parallel to its shortest sides
- Choose from:
1. DL Plain (no window)
2. DL Window - Available as:
120gsm Peel & Seal (5 Years + shelf life)
100gsm Self-Seal (6 Months + shelf life) - We mainly custom print DL Envelopes using our premium 120gsm Peel & Seal with Long-edge wallet flaps which gives the best quality results
- Prices are based on a maximum of 30% ink coverage on your envelope. If your design will mean more than 30% ink coverage on the envelope then please contact us for a quote
- DL size envelopes are the most common business envelope size we print
- Long-edge Wallet Flaps only. We do not offer pocket flaps
- Our Envelopes are produced by high-end Ink-jet process printing
- Envelope flap depth is 34mm
- We do not make any extra charge for Window Envelopes
- Attach your pre-designed PDF file when you order. Please save your file to CMYK format
- Design service also available. If you require our design services, please select this option as you order
- We always email you a digital proof to check over and approve before printing your order
