This beautiful waxy coloring both gives them their name and catches the eye of hobbyists and predators alike. Powder Blues may be the most active of any of the isopod Isopods or species. They also burrow less and like to stay on top of the substrate hiding under leaves and bark. Overall decent

It smelled a bit “chemically” for the first few days. The smell did fade and eventually go away entirely. It also still slides off of my bed despite having the straps to hold it in place. Otherwise, I have no complaints. It’s extremely comfortable and adds a few extra inches to the height of my bed.
