SL Paring in AEB-L w/ Tiffany BlueThis Paring Knife is stock removal from AEB L stainless steel with a flat ground, sand blasted finish and full tang construction. It is comfortable in the hand, lending itself to be used with versatility and ease in the kitchen. The handle is assembled with Tiffany blue G10 and sand blasted for a sure grip. The measurements are 1 inch from the spine to the cutting edge and is 1 16" thick right in front of the handle with a distal taper to the tip.
