To obtain the beneficial effect of the product, measure 1 flat scoop of powder (632 mg) and pour 100 ml of warm, boiled water , stirring simultaneously.
Consume in the morning, after breakfast. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose (1 ml = 632 mg).
