藜麥是「無麥麩」食品龍頭，作為主要食糧有極悠久的歷史，屬菜類種籽而非草類穀物，甚少經過基因改造。其營養及生態多元化 (biodiversity) 的價值近年來日益受到認同，聯合國食物農業組織 (UNFAO) 甚至將2013年認定為「國際藜麥年」！
藜麥的優點除了無麵筋更容易消化外，比起米和小麥有更高蛋白質，更低糖份和血糖生成指數 (Glycemic Index)。藜麥富含氨基酸、錳、鎂、磷、鋅、植物固醇、類黃酮及抗氧化物質。黑色藜麥與其他顏色藜麥有同樣的營養成分，但比較挺身有果仁香味。
QUINUA REAL 特級有機藜麥全部於南美保利維亞海拔3,600米鹽田高原有機種植，由意大利公司包裝出口，獲歐盟有機認證和互惠貿易 (Fair Trade) 認證。
食用小貼士：由於藜麥屬菠菜類植物，連種籽也含少量植酸和草酸鹽，這些物質有機會捆綁礦物質令身體難於吸收，所以在煮食前，最好先泡浸過夜或數小時，甚至到發芽為止，將泡水倒掉然後再加水煮食，建議用一湯匙藜麥兩湯匙水的比例煮15-30分鐘，比例和水份可隨個人口味調節。

GREAT

These pillows are fantastic. I bought them for my kids beds and decided I needed some for myself. They're the perfect firmness. I don't need to fluff them in the middle of the night and have no neck pain. I have washed them in my home washing machine and they've held up great. I highly recommend them.

I had down pillows, and foam pillows, and other synthetic pillows etc and some were ok and others were not. I cannot get a great nights sleep if I am constantly having to adjust my pillow during the night. I ordered these pillows as I sleep on my side mostly but sometimes on my back. When they arrived I followed the directions (as they are in a vacuum pack) and only takes a few minutes for them to acclimate. Then put pillow cases on them and off to bed. I had the BEST sleep I have had in YEARS !!!!! The pillows are great. They keep your head comfortable and cool (No Sweating) and super comfortable. The only issue is after a perfect nights sleep, I find I really do not want to get out of bed in the morning..One great thing, is I am retired so I really do not have to get up out of bed until I want to 😴😳. The pillows are well made and feel like expensive down filled pillows but softer. I am VERY satisfied with the pillows. I just wish I would have found these pillows years ago. But now I have them and the perfect sleep that they provide. Dr Dave

Good overall

Bought these for our guest bedroom. They are quite overstuffed, so if you like full pillows this will be your thing. As such they are dense and firm. The height is a bit much if you are small framed, but are comfortable overall and stay cool enough to be nice in the summer.

Finally Found Pillows Everyone Loves

I LOVE these pillows. I bought the king-size set and ended up liking them so much that I want them on every bed in the house.
They’re soft but still supportive, and they actually work for different sleeping positions, back, side, and stomach sleepers. They don’t go flat, but they’re also not overly stiff, which is such a hard balance to find. I throw them in the washing machine which makes them super easy to wash! The size is true to King!
They feel cool and hotel-quality, and the down-alternative fill is great if you don’t want real feathers. I wake up without neck pain, and they keep their shape night after night.
If you’re picky about pillows (like I am), these are absolutely worth it. Comfortable, affordable, and a great value for a set of four.
