So when we first saw this...we knew we had to get our hands on one. We have used it after countless "lactate crushing" workouts and have to say....we have "flushed" out the demons in our legs on a number of occasions. It's such a killer tool that you are in complete control of pressure on. So that's truly what makes this one of the more unique items on the market. HOW WE USE IT
After our workouts, we like to make time (yes...this means you need to make time!!) to stretch and roll out the legs and back. We usually try and use this rod and roll out 3-4 times per week if your an athlete that runs tight. Start in very small amounts of time and work into a routine. Your body will thank you!
