Friktionskopplingen är en länk mellan motorn och bakaxeln och det är den som är själva kraftöverföringen. Den är konstruerad som ett skydd för motorn så att den ska kunna slira om det blir stopp.  

Kittet är komplett med friktionsringar, skruvar och muttrar


Montering av friktionskoppling på bakaxel – Rotax Max DD2

Det är mycket viktigt att skruvarna dras med rätt moment för att friktionskopplingen ska fungera korrekt och få rätt livslängd. För hårt eller för löst åtdragna skruvar kan orsaka både slirning och skador på kopplingen.

Friktionskopplingen är utrustad med fyra plastbussningar som sitter mellan friktionskopplingen och bakaxeln.

Monteringsanvisning

  1. Trä på klämman (#1), brickan (#2) och friktionskopplingen på bakaxeln och placera den ungefär mitt på axeln.
  2. Kontrollera noggrant att bakaxeln är ren och fri från märken, grader eller ojämnheter där friktionskopplingen ska sitta. Ytan måste vara plan och ren för att kopplingen ska fungera korrekt.
  3. Skjut därefter brickan, klämringen och friktionskopplingen mot motorns hålaxel, den som sticker ut och har en större sexkantig mutterliknande form.
  4. Kontrollera innan åtdragning att muttern på baksidan ligger korrekt placerad i sitt sexkantsspår i friktionskopplingen.
  5. Dra sedan åt de sex insexskruvarna jämnt med en momentnyckel till 8 Nm.
  6. Om du inte har tillgång till en momentnyckel kan en erfaren mekaniker använda ett enhandsgrepp på en T-nyckel och dra åt skruvarna försiktigt till ett ”lagom” moment.

Viktigt att tänka på

  • Om friktionskopplingen dras åt för löst kan motorn upplevas slira vid acceleration ut ur kurvor.
  • Om kopplingen däremot dras åt för hårt finns risk för skador eller att komponenterna går sönder.
  • Kontrollera alltid att samtliga delar sitter korrekt innan karten används.

I got the small ones that you cannot put a water bottle in. These toys have held up way better than expected. I am dog sitting a very rough with toys dog named Chunk. He tears up ever. Single. He can’t wait until Chunk leaves (chunk is 2 and Ted is 12-13) so he can play with them.
