Inserts are CNC machined from 1 4" thick rigid phenolic. Kit Includes the following items: a 140B blank plate (you drill the hole you need) a 140D plate for use with a 1 3 16" diameter guide bushing a 140E plate with a 2" diameter bit hole a 1401A starting pin for freehand routing odd or irregular shaped pieces with piloted type bits
