Hướng dẫn làm bánh Hotteok
Nguyên liệu:
- Phần vỏ bánh: Sử dụng bột làm bánh Hotteok Ottogi
- Phần nhân bánh: 160g đường nâu, 75g lạc rang giã nhỏ, 3g bột quế, 50g mật ong.
Cách làm:
- Phần vỏ bánh:
Bước 1: Cho nước vào bột làm bánh Hotteok Ottogi từ từ rồi nhào đều cho đến khi bột kết thành một khối dẻo mịn.
Bước 2:
- Ủ bột trong khoảng 1 tiếng rồi chia bột thành những phần nhỏ bằng nhau.
Phần nhân bánh:
- Trộn đường nâu, lạc rang giã nhỏ, bột quế và mật ong cho thật đều.
- Đặt một miếng bột lên tay, ấn cho hơi dẹt rồi cho nhân lạc mật ong vào giữa, túm bột rồi vo tròn lại.
Bước 3: Chiên bánh hotteok
- Bắc một cái chảo lên bếp, khi chảo nóng thì cho dầu vào, dầu sôi thì cho bánh vào chảo, ép cho bánh dẹt xuống để bánh mau chín hơn, chiên ở lửa nhỏ cho đến khi bánh chín vàng giòn là hoàn thành.

Our Two year-old Great Pyrenees rescue loves her Lambchop. She’s fairly gentle with it, but it did accidentally rip so we had replace it since she loves it so much. No fault of the product. The product is very well made, She just got a little rough with it.

We <3 big lambchops

These are my vizsla's absolute FAVORITE toy. I mean, she doesn't leave the room without bringing at least one. We've bought several of these exact toys now and they're surprisingly durable- we've even put a few through the laundry. She loves to snuggle, nibble, and carry this toy like a security blanket. These are the big ones, so they get a little discolored from her grabbing them around the belly. The squeakers are pretty few and far between so it's generally not noisy unless she's super bored or excited. Get it, your dog will love it and they're cheaper than some of the small ones.

Great, but a little big…
Style: Lambchop, Size: 10"
Super soft and cute, I got this for my toy Cavapoo puppy. The different textures are perfect. It is a little bigger than I was expecting, and will probably be about the same size as my puppy when I get her, but I’m sure she’ll love it. I don’t know how safe it will be yet since I’ve yet to be able to watch her play with it, but I don’t see anywhere that could have loose strings for her to choke on, so I’d say it’s pretty safe. Overall a perfect toy for dogs, with a squeaker and nice textures for the dog to chew on.
