What length is best for you?

16" on average is best for kids and adolescents up to the age of 15 or petite adult women.

18" on average is best for most adult women. 

20" on average is best for most adult men or well-built women.

22" on average is best for husky men.

Size suggestions are based on estimates. If you want a longer look than the standard necklace then you will need to size up. Please feel free to contact us at [email protected] if you need further assistance finding the size that is best for you. 

Shipping:

STANDARD SHIPPING: For a limited time enjoy FREE SHIPPING anywhere within the USA. Please allow 1-3 business days for processing and handling. Once shipped, USPS estimates delivery within 7-20 days. 

LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES:  We are NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages. 

EXPRESS SHIPPING: USPS estimates express shipping between 4-7 business days. 

HOLIDAY SHIPPING: During November through December, USPS has higher than normal order volume. Customers may experience extended shipping times. Once shipped, USPS estimates delayed delivery between 10-30 days. 

FOR GUAM RESIDENTS - We do not ship to local locations, or allow local pick up at this time.

FOR ALL OTHER RESIDENTS - If you are off-island and wish to send to a family member or friend living on Guam, please contact us at [email protected]. We will be happy to assist you.

The buyer is responsible for any import fees charged by customs. 

Returns and Exchanges:

We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase! To be eligible for a return or exchange, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery. All items must be unused, unaltered, and in the same packaging with the tag attached. 

All returns are subject to a 10% fee in order to cover PayPal processing and return fees. The buyer is also responsible for any return shipping fees.

Exchanges are accepted. Please contact us at [email protected] so that we can help you find the correct exchange. You will need to send the jewelry you wish to exchange back to us at Vince Jewelers 618 E Marine Corps Drive Hagatna, Guam 96910 with USPS. Customer is responsible for shipping fees. When the items are received, we will notify you. If there is a price difference, we will send you a link to complete payment for the price difference plus $10 for return shipping. If there is no price difference, we will send you a link to pay a $10 shipping fee for the return of your exchange. Finally, we will prepare the exchanged jewelry for shipment and email you a shipment notification.
