The Culinaire® Drop-In Bain Marie is designed to hold pre-heated food at the optimum temperature in Gastronorm pans up to 150mm deep (sold separately).
Wet or dry operation (temperature varies greatly when run dry, should not be left unattended for long periods of time).
The Bain Marie comes ready for connection to hot water and waste with all valves supplied and fitted.
The bain marie is fitted with a double gantry with infra-red heat lamps to bottom shelf (Refer to CH.GDB for details). Options: Radius well. Contact your Stoddart representative.
FEATURES & BENEFITS:
- Unit designed to be installed into a new or existing bench top cut-out.
- Complete with, 2-Tier 304 stainless steel gantry. (Gantry welded to bench top)
- Wet or dry operation (temperature varies greatly when run dry, should not be left unattended for long periods of time)
- Temperature regulation via digital control, designed to hold product between 65°C - 90°C.
- Independent controls for baine marie, hot cupboard and gantry
- 2-Tier overhead gantry fitted with Quartz IR heat lamps on the underside of the bottom shelf
- Air insulated, double skinned tank for energy efficient heating
- Robust 304 grade stainless steel construction
- Manual fill and manual empty, valve operated waste
- 1/1 GN sized well, fits pans up to 150mm deep (sold separately).
- Supplied with pan dividers

Top notch quality copper and cold flexibility.

This is what you need for most 13.8 Volt power pigtails on portable ham radios. They will safely handle over 200 watts in most applications and the wire is flexible in the cold. I have set it outside as a reality check when it was 18.3F degrees and it flexes essentially the same as at room temperature. The copper itself is very fine strands and will likely never fail from normal use flexing. It solders easily with my 40 watt soldering iron. I will not hesitate to buy more if I need it.
