Make small balls out of the mixture and garnish with raisins or cashew nut. Aval Vilayichathu: Take one cup(200g) of Double Horse Jaggery and 1 cup (200ml) of water. Boil to make jaggery syrup
Double Horse Aval Thick Rice Flakes
Method of Preparation:
- Aval Unda: Grind Aval to powder, take one cup (200g) of aval powder, add 1/2 cup (100g) of Double Horse jaggery powder, and 1 cup (200g) of coconut scrapings in a vessel and mix thoroughly until soft. Make small balls out of the mixture and garnish with raisins or cashew nut.
- Aval Vilayichathu: Take one cup(200g) of Double Horse Jaggery and 1 cup (200ml) of water. Boil to make jaggery syrup with one thread consistency. Take a Kadai, add ghee and roast chana dal and cashew nut. To this, add the strained Jaggery syrup and add one cup(200g) of Aval, 1/2 cup (100g) of coconut scrapings, cardamom powder and mix thoroughly. Serve once it cools down.
- Aval Muesli: Nourish the Aval with fruit pieces (apple, banana, cherry, etc.) cashew nut, raisins. Add boiled milk and sugar and Serve Hot.

Warm But Pills
Size: Full, Color: Purple
Overall the Intel Design jersey knit bed sheets are just like sleeping between a huge cotton blend t-shirt. It's soft, cozy, and warm to the touch. However after only two washings, the fabric begins to pill significantly and a lot of lint collects in the clothes dryer's lint trap. The new sheets now look five years old and stratches the skin. The warmth does provide longer periods of restful sleep. Not sure how long the fabric will last, as it appears a bit tired and worn. The initial purple color also appears noticeably duller. Good value at first, but probably will replace in a few months, so not much savings in the long run
