Less than a week to replace Samsung tablet screen!
My Samsung tablet screen was completely shattered and flaking glass. I almost threw it away, then I remembered I purchased insurance. Sent it out through UPS with a prepaid label, got it back less than a week later!! I was honestly waiting for an email to say it wasn’t fixable.
I ALWAYS add the Asurion insurance for electronic purchases on Amazon, this is exactly why, and the price is more than worth it!

Asurion is the best, just buy it
I bought an Asurion policy to cover my Samsung tablet in 2022, cat happened 2025. Wouldn't charge. One call on Sunday to Asurion, to UPS via prepaid label on Monday and by Thursday of the same week I had my tablet back in perfect condition. I was shocked at the speed they moved to fix my tablet. Like new again. I'm buying whatever they sell from now on. This company goes above and beyond. Highly impressive from start to finish.

Good Coverage But...
Asurion had me to package up my Ipad and send to them to research the problem with it overheating and cracking the screen near the home button. The turnaround was about 6 days from when i shipped it next day and them returning the device. When I began to setup the IPad the first thing I notice was an error message stating touch id could not be setup on the device (it worked previously) and the ipad still got hot when charging. I had to return it to them a second time to "resolve" the issue. They determined they couldn't fix the issue and returned the cost of the device. The only problem is you can't replace a device for what it cost at that time of purchase, especially now when prices have soared. They need to fix or replace the device at the cost of what iit costs at the time of replacement.
