In Stuttgart, 1983 - 1989, Neville Marriner followed Sergiu Celibidache, offering quite the contrast to that willfully prodigious Romanian broodingly charismatic style with his own easygoing, less spectacular but genial manner of music making. His sound wasn't as dense and carefully crafted, but the ensemble's playing became lighter and more flexible, agile rather than probing. It is in his Stuttgart period that Marriner increasingly focused on repertoire that went beyond the baroque and classical periods. This compilation offers repertoire which music lovers will be less likely to associate with Marriner: German romanticism, including all of Schumann's Symphonies, Richard Strauss, Tchaikovsky and Rachmaninoff, Mahler, Bartok and Gershwin - The fundamental impression that comes from re-listening to these performances, apart from good and fresh music-making, is one of sympathetic music-making. That feels about right as an epitaph for the man and his body of work.

This thing is great for hi anxiety dogs and dogs that ned to have something to do or to chew. It will take them a while to get through to it. I was told that it was indestructible but I knew if there was a dog that could do it, it would be mine, and she did. But it took her some time. But she loves it and it keeps her busy.

Cute and durable!

My dog absolutely loves this toy! I'm not sure why people are complaining it's too hard, it's a nylon dog chew toy, it's supposed to be hard. I love the little holes in the lattice top I can stuff with treats. It keeps my very (VERY) active dog busy for a long time. I would definitely recommend this if you have a power chewer. It's also super cute, I just love to see him tote around a piece of pie.

Durable, Long-Lasting, and a Total Hit!
I’m so impressed with the Bam-Bone Braid Stick Dog Toy in Hickory! I bought three—one for each of my dogs—and they’ve all been a huge hit. My dogs absolutely love them and stay entertained for hours.
What really stands out is how well these hold up. My Frenchie is a super tough chewer, but these toys have proven to be very durable and long-lasting. It’s rare to find something she doesn't destroy quickly, but these definitely passed the test.
I’ll definitely be buying more in the future. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a sturdy, engaging chew toy that dogs truly enjoy!
