The 2020 Four Roses LESB is a blend of four of the ten Four Roses bourbon recipes, including 12-year-old OBSV (#1, yeast V), 12-year-old OESV (#6, yeast V), 19-year-old OBSK (#2, yeast K), and 16-year-old OESK (#7, yeast K), which are all combined to create a unique and complex flavor profile. The blend also includes a proprietary OB and OE mash bill, with B consisting of 60% corn, 35% rye, and 5% malted barley, and E consisting of 75% corn, 20% rye, and 5% malted barley.
