The MX30 Rapid Change Dumbbell System features our unique MX Select patented rack & pinion selection system: compact size, balanced feel and totally secure. Featuring a contoured rubber handle grip the MX30 is built for comfort and durability. 

One Set of MX30 adjustable Dumbbells replaces over 700lbs of weights. 

10 standard Weight Settings: **7.5lbs, 10lbs, 12.5lbs, 15lbs, 17.5lbs, 20lbs 22.5lbs 25lbs, 27.5lbs, and 30lbs. 

Do you offset?

Each of the patented weight plates on the MX30 weigh 1.25lbs.  Adjust one of the dials +/- one click to Offset the Weight and Micro Load your workouts.  

Off set Weights settings add **8.75lbs, 11.25lbs, 13.75lbs, 16.25lbs, 18.75lbs, 21.25lbs, 23.75lbs, 26.25lbs, and 28.75lbs.
