how to install Cisco QSFP Module

  • Power down or ensure your Cisco device supports hot-swapping for QSFP modules. Many Cisco platforms enable hot-swapping, allowing you to install without powering down the system. Verify your hardware model and current software capabilities before proceeding.
  • Locate the appropriate QSFP+ port on your Cisco switch or router. Align the module with the slot, ensuring the connector edge is oriented correctly for a secure insertion. Use gentle, even pressure to seat the module fully into the port until you hear or feel a click indicating proper engagement.
  • Connect the fiber cables to the module’s optical ports using the correct fiber type and connector (MPO/MTP or LC/SC variants depending on the SKU). Ensure the connectors are clean and free of dust to avoid signal loss or damage. Gently route cables to maintain proper bend radii and to prevent tension on the module.
  • Power on the device (if you powered down) and verify the module is recognized by the system. Use the device’s management interface to confirm link status, speed configuration, and health indicators. In many Cisco environments, the interface should show as up at 40G and ready for traffic within moments of installation.
  • Configure or verify interface settings as needed. Depending on your network design, you may use native 40G interfaces, or if you’re planning to break out into 4x10G, configure the appropriate breakout mode on supported platforms. Review your cabling plan, apply necessary QoS or traffic shaping policies, and monitor link performance to ensure optimal operation.
  • Document the installation, including SKU, firmware version, port mapping, and fiber path. Use standard change management procedures to minimize disruption and ensure quick rollback if needed. Regularly monitor for link health, error counters, and throughput to sustain peak performance in busy data-center environments.

These are very thick pillows.
Item Package Quantity: 2, Size: Queen
Exactly as advertised. They are very firm and very thick. They're too thick for me to be able to use as bed pillows. However, they seem to work pretty well as cushions in my papasan chair on top of its normal cushion also work very well as decorative pillows. I'm still giving them four stars because they're exactly as advertised and they seem well made. My only complaint is that they're just too thick. And that's definitely not the fault of the pillows or the pillow maker.

Perfect Stylish Comfy Queen Size Pillows
Size: Queen - 20"*30" (pack of 2), Color: Grey
These two pillows replaced some very old pillows. They are perfect size for my son’s double bed. They come rolled up and when I removed the plastic they puffed right up to their puffy pillowy size. They are extremely comfortable and my son loves them. They are a down alternative and work perfect for him as he is a stomach sleeper. They have just the right support for a restful nights sleep. They have a nice stylish look 👀. They keep their fluffiness even after sleeping on them overnight. They can be washed in cold water and tumbled dry on low heat. They are the perfect pillows for our family. Extremely happy with our purchase. I highly recommend them. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Good Pillows to Show Off Decorative Pillow Shams
Size: Queen - 20"*30" (pack of 2), Color: Grey
Although we have queen-sized beds, we typically use standard-sized pillows. One of the quilt sets I got this Christmas time came with queen sized pillow shams, and the standard pillows just didn't fill them properly. I could have sewn flanges on either side of the shams, but I decided to order these pillows instead. The are almost wide enough to fully fill those shams that started all this additional purchasing. (I also ended up ordering pillow protectors for the queen sized pillows.) The pillows are fluffy and substantial for now. My husband manages to flatten out pillows almost no matter how they start our. For now, so far so good. They re a medium-weight and fullness, I would say. They do a good job of showing off the pillow sham design, so that's a plus. I'm not planning for us to sleep on them, but they are added back support while watching TV. They are primarily for decorative purposes when the bed is made with the quilt and shams. They were a reasonable value for the intended purpose.
