This solemn yet brilliant artwork from Billy Connolly had a "profound impact" on the artist. Who are they? Are they following their mother? Where are they going? Ultimately Billy leaves you the viewer to decide. ‘It’s where my imagination meets your imagination’.

These thought provoking abstracted figures create a sense of togetherness both as a unit and within themselves.

Formed first in clay to capture the detailed lines of his signature style, the sculpture is then cast in stainless steel, subtly referencing Billy's time as a welder in the shipyards of Glasgow. Contrast is created between detailed and patterned areas through intricate texture and polishing to beautiful and dramatic effect, a timeless artwork from one of our time’s most original thinkers.
