Introduction

The 6.7L Powerstroke coolant filter kit is a bypass filtration system for 2011–2016 Ford 6.7L Powerstroke engines that removes casting sand, metal shavings and rust from the coolant before they can damage the water pump, oil cooler and EGR cooler.

Installation & Notes

Filter block mounts to the supplied bracket — no drilling required. All hardware is included. Change the first filter at 500 miles to clear the initial contaminant load. Change the next two filters every 3,000 miles. After that, replace the filter once per year. Pre-assembled silicone hose fittings are leak-proof out of the box.
