Cookie Packaging

Each cookie is individually wrapped in a clear sleeve to keep it fresh and protected. Flavor names are clearly marked on the outside of each bakery box, and an ingredient sheet is included with every order. (Individual cookie sleeves are clear plastic sleeves which do not have any product information printed on them.)

Shipping

Eastern & Midwest states: We default to using UPS Ground which is typically 1–3 business days from Pittsburgh, PA.

West Coast: We typically use USPS and in some cases, FedEx 2-Day Express

PO Boxes: We utilize USPS for all PO Box shipments.

FPO/APO/DPO & PO Boxes: We utilize USPS as they are the only game in town.

Order Processing Time

Orders are typically made and shipped within 1 to 2 business days but may be longer during the holiday season. This does not include shipping transit time which is 1 to 3 business days. (APO/FPO/DPO address transit time is approximately 8–10 days.)
