artist bio
Valter Gibson was born 1928 in Lycksele. He was a Swedish painter and print maker.
Valter Gibson studied between 1952 and 1955 at Valand's art school in Gothenburg under artist Endre Nemes.
Examples of his work are held in the collections of the Moderna Museet in Stockholm, Göteborgs Konstmuseum, Malmö Museum, Statens Konstråd, Norrköpings Konstmuseum, Borås Konstmuseum and Landskrona Museum.
Gibson passed away in 2002 in Hallstavik.
