Operating Instructions:

• Remove the protective cap from the pH meter.
• Rinse the electrode with distilled water to ensure it is clean before use.
• Turn the meter on by pressing the ON/OFF key.
• Submerge the electrode into the test solution, ensuring the glass probe is completely immersed.
• Stir gently and wait for approximately 30 seconds for the reading to stabilize.
• After use, rinse the probe tip with distilled water and replace the protective cap.
  

Calibration Instructions.

To ensure accurate readings, it’s essential to calibrate your TWW Digital pH Meter regularly.

1. Prepare Calibration Solutions: Dissolve each calibration packet into 250ml (~8.453 oz) of distilled water. Ensure the calibration solutions are at 25°C (77°F) for the most accurate results.

2. Turn on the pH Meter: Press the ON/OFF button.

3. Calibrate with pH 6.86 Solution:

   • Dip the electrode into the pH 6.86 calibration solution.

   • Press and hold the CAL (calibration) button for 5 seconds and release.

   • The display will flash 6.86.

   • When the display stops flashing, rinse the electrode with distilled water.

4. Calibrate with pH 4.00 Solution:

   • Dip the electrode into the pH 4.00 calibration solution.

   • Press and hold the CAL button for 5 seconds and release.

   • Immediately after releasing the button, press the CAL button one more time.

   • The display will flash 4.00.

   • When the display stops flashing, rinse the electrode with distilled water.

5. Calibrate with pH 9.18 Solution:

   • Dip the electrode into the pH 9.18 calibration solution.

   • Press and hold the CAL button for 5 seconds and release.

   • Immediately after releasing the button, press the CAL button two more times.

   • The display will flash 9.18.

   • When the display stops flashing, rinse the electrode with distilled water.

Additional Tips:

• Always calibrate your meter before first use and periodically after frequent measurements to maintain accuracy.

• Store the pH meter in a dry, cool place to prolong its lifespan.

• Always rinse the electrode after use to avoid contamination from previous solutions.
