The fuel tanks are ready for badge mounts to be welded on (if required). TC Bros. strongly recommends fitting these tanks to the frame before final finish. Mounts and mating components may need to be shimmed or adjusted. After that, we recommend pressure testing before applying body filler and painting—that's standard practice in motorcycle shops to ensure there's no re-doing the job.

These tanks will fit all Harley-Davidson four-speed Big Twin frames. They'll accept stock speedometers and dashes. All are set up to accept petcocks with 22mm threads and bayonet-style (twist lock) fuel caps—those are sold separately, so if yours are roached, make sure you pick a set up.

These tanks are "in the white," meaning raw steel, so it's likely they will display some surface rust upon receipt since these are not sold as ready-to-install.
