The star wheel is customized according to bottle size.It can transport bottles to the next working process.There are electric eyes on each working structure, which can detect passing by bottles and control the machine to realize the automated work.
The cap feeding structure will drop bottles, the guide housing will help to make caps can be dropped into bottles correctly, this can reduce production labor.
The torsion of capping structure can be controlled as production need.This kind of capping strcuture is suitable for bottle caps with screw threads.The bottle pushing structure is used to push bottle out in time, improves working efficiency.
