Features Patented TIR Optics for maximum efficiency and output. Upgraded beam patterns engineered for real-world performance. True amber backlight provides unique accent lighting. Durable aluminum housing with ASTM-standard powdercoat finish. Built for the extreme with IP69K waterproof rating. Limited Lifetime Warranty. Made in USA with Global Materials. Overview The Stealth LED Light Bar Kit compatible with Toyota Tacoma 2024+ adds powerful auxiliary lighting with a clean, OEM-style appearance. These application-specific brackets have been CAD-designed to mount two 10-inch LED Light Bars behind the grille using factory mounting points. No cutting or drilling required! With higher light output, modern optics, and greater intensity than anything else on the market, the new Stage Series Lightbars are the most capable lightbars available today! Designed for Performance. Each Stage Series Light Bar has been engineered from the ground to provide more output than any other light bar on the market. Unlike reflectors, TIR optics capture and focus nearly all of the light output, shining it only where you need it, without glare or wasted light. Amber Backlight. All Stage Series LED Light Bars include an integrated amber backlight that fully illuminates the TIR optic, providing distinctive accent lighting and enhanced visibility when parked or stopped on the trail. The Sport model offers the best bang for your buck, while the Pro model takes things a step further with a noticeable boost in power. The Max model is designed with cutting-edge automotive emitters for both high power and extreme intensity.Shipping Notes

An Essential
Format: Paperback
I've created PowerPoints for executives in major corporations and national non-profits for years now, and this is one of the first books I suggest anyone who needs to create their own PowerPoint look to. Beyond Bullet points is accessable enough that the novice PowerPoint user can understand what's going on and use the lessons in his or her next presentation; it's also detailed and challenging enough that even an old salt like me can find things to learn and do. Don't be another person who stands on stage reading their PowerPoint, and don't let reading your slides distract the audience from your presentation; follow the suggestions in this book and wow your audience.

Bad book for SOA exam, but oh well.
Format: Paperback
While required by Society of Actuaries as the textbook for Short Term Actuarial Models exam, I could not recommend this textbook for any other purposes. Written by two Canadian actuaries, a lot of terms and explanations used in this textbook cannot be transferred into US P&C insurance.
It fails to explains insurance's purpose and products effectively and as an intro book with unnecessary sentences to deliver personal thoughts.
It is also a mess in following sections on ratemaking and reserving. I cannot sense a flow from this book that guides readers in an approachable manner.
Overall, author compromises the size AND the quality.
