Paglierino intenso con riflessi dorati, il perlage è persistente e raffinato. Complesso e articolato al naso, dove racconta di frutta secca ed esotica, fiori gialli, note tostate e minerali. Assaggio cremoso, sontuoso, elegante e marcatamente fresco.

L’eleganza dello chardonnay unita alla forza del pinot nero in questo magnifico Trento Brut Riserva DOC “Redor” 2010. Prodotto a partire da una vinificazione in bianco con pressatura soffice delle uve e fermentazione dei mosti sia in acciaio che in piccolo legno. In primavera, lenta presa di spuma e successiva permanenza sui lieviti per ben 80 mesi. Segue remuage e sboccatura con aggiunta del liqueur d’expédition. La personale interpretazione della Cantina Rotaliana di uno spumante di montagna capace di esprimersi attraverso un riuscito mix di potenza e raffinatezza.
