Pascal recognised the remote Great Southern region as the perfect environment, where its burgeoning vineyards possessed the potential to fully embody this vision. For over 15 years, our winemakers have upheld this philosophy, resulting in an extraordinary collection of wines.
Harvested from younger vines at the bottom of the Mount Barrow vineyard, The Marchand & Burch Villages Chardonnay embodies vibrancy and fruity freshness. Matured in stainless steel tanks and larger format old oak barrels, this wine possesses fine structure, gentle fruitiness, and lively acidity, making it perfectly well suited for easy enjoyment any time of the year and with a range of cuisines.
