Printer worked great until it didn’t. Cleared a paper jam that kept giving an issue. Then it gave a scanner error, after paper jam was resolved. I called support; they gathered all my info. Transferred me to someone else who then told me she’d email me some numbers to call for deals on refurbished printers or onsite support. I ended ups solving the problem… I threw the printer in the trash, and will likely not buy anymore epson products. I’ve been using A-Sub paper for my sublimation projects, and it is easily one of the best.
