This continental-influenced region is marked by south-facing slopes and calcareous soils, locally known as "Terre Blanche," shaped over centuries by the Loire River. The vines, averaging 25 years of age, are tended with care to ensure optimal ripeness. Winemaking here involves a soft pneumatic press, cold skin maceration, and a slow, temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel tanks, allowing the wine to develop its signature aromas with precision.  

On the palate, this Sancerre showcases a vibrant bouquet true to its terroir, with enticing notes of lemon, lime, elderflower, verbena, tropical fruit, peach, and gooseberry.
