Always at the forefront of technology, Optrel offers, for the first time ever, a panoramic field of vision with the Panoramaxx CLT auto-darkening welding helmet! Optrel achieved this panoramic field of vision with a nose cutout that brings the ADF lens closer to your eyes; the cutout, in essence, makes the frame nearly imperceptible to you, the welder, and offers a visual field 6-times larger than that of any other welding helmet available today. The amazing Panoramaxx CLT also features Optrel's patented ShadeTronic® technology, which enables fully automated shade adjustment from shade level 4 to shade level 12. ShadeTronic® and a 5-sensor array detect the arc's brightness and adjust the shade level accordingly. The multi-sensor array also enables a superfast light to dark switching time—an amazing 0.090 ms at room temperature!

Like the popular Optrel Crystal 2.0, the Panoramaxx CLT includes a True Color Filter (a UV/IR filter), which enables you to easily and clearly see your welding equipment LED display through the helmet lens in realistic color. Also like the Crystal 2.0, the Panoramaxx CLT features an impressive 2.0 light-state shade level. Optrel broke the mold once again with a brand new, rechargeable Lithium-polymer energy pack. The energy pack coupled with solar cells and a light-weight design—the Panoramaxx CLT weighs in under 22 oz—will keep you welding, both comfortably and safely, for hours on end.

The Optrel e3000x PAPR System provides increased safety by continuously monitoring air flow by means of an integrated sensor during the whole welding process. Ideal in combination with the Panoramaxx CLT helmet. Better comfort with adjustable three-level air flow of 170 to 240 l/min and a cooling effect even at the most extreme ambient conditions. Constant air flow thanks to smart sensor-controlled electronics and a variable adjustment of air flow between forehead and respiratory area.

Thanks to a special inner mask that regulates the flow of air, the welder is permanently protected from harmful substances and also benefits from a pleasant cooling effect. Maximum protection and comfort are guaranteed.

The package includes the Optrel Panoramaxx CLT auto-darkening welding helmet, blower unit with hose, filter, battery, fabric belt, charger, and operating instructions.

This is more like a rigid soft case

Beware of the off-gassing smell.
As much as I like the durable case, the ONLY complaint I have is the off-gassing. The case works great and I have no problems with it. But the smell is something terrible. My entire travel case smells horrible after coming back from a client just because this case has been transported within it. I had my coat on top of it one day and then my coat stunk. I thought if I aired it outside for a bit it would clear it up. When I take it back inside and use it again, it continues to smell. It is so offensive that I am ordering something from another company. I CANNOT say it smells similar to cigarette smoke, but can say that it smells like it has been in a smoker's home for the last 30 years and you just can't get the smell out, no matter what I do. And I tried to spray it with fresheners etc. Nothing worked. I can't use it because of this. I rated as a 2 only because of the smell. As mentioned earlier, the case itself is perfect and performs as it should.

Sturdy case large enough for most keyboards, with space for a mouse.
This is a great case that will protect most keyboards very well. My keyboard and mouse set is from Jelly Comb, and they fit well. It’s very spacious inside. In fact, my keyboard is thinner than what this case is designed for, so I had to pad the keyboard so it won’t move around too much, but I don’t consider this a bad thing. Now I know that if I get a larger keyboard, I can still use the same case. I also like the way it’s designed for a mouse. There are two pouches on top that indent into the case, so you can easily fit a mouse or cables in there and they won’t protrude too much. This case is perfect, and I can’t recommend it enough.
