Facts

Sourced with Care: Whenever possible, our fish is landed in Cornwall. We source salmon from trusted suppliers in Scotland or Norway.
Seasonal Availability: Freshness depends on the season, ensuring you receive the best quality fish.

What's Included:

4 x salmon portions (120-140g)
2 x mackerel Frozen Substitue
2 x rainbow trout filleted (400-600g)
1 x sardines (500g) butterfly filleted - if no landings then a substitute will be made

All fish species are subject to availability. As our seafood depends on daily landings and seasonal supply, some items may occasionally be unavailable. In these instances, your order will be replaced with a suitable alternative of equal or greater value, selected from the freshest fish available at the time of packing.

While we aim to maintain a reliable selection, changing market conditions may sometimes affect the specific fish supplied. On rare occasions, frozen fish may be included and could arrive partially defrosted. Where possible, we will match the ordered species, however a similar species or a different portion size may be provided when necessary.
