Oura Ring Sizing
Here's what to expect.
Step 01
Once you place your order, you’ll receive your free sizing kit as soon as one is available, usually 1-2 working days.
Step 02
Try a sample ring on your preferred finger to gauge comfort. We recommend wearing your Oura Ring on your index finger for optimal performance and accuracy. However, any finger except the thumb will work.
Step 03
Order your ring in the desired size and style by using the online ordering.
Step 04
Return your fitting kit in the courier pack supplied with order and on receipt we will refund the fitting kit fee (less shipping).
After a style or size we don't have?
Let us know, and we can order styles and sizes individually as part of our next stock intake. Please be aware that we only receive new Oura stock every six to eight weeks so unstocked rings may take a long time to arrive in clinic.
Warranty and returns
Oura rings are covered by a two year manufacturer's warranty. This warranty covers pre existing defects in materials and failure to operate in expected capacity.
Please be sure you are happy with your size before purchase. We have free sizing kits available so you can be certain you have the right fit. We are unable to accept change of mind or do size swaps once the rings packaging has been opened.
