They will fit 30 mm spindle cranks with the included washers, or can be fitted with our adapter kits to accept other crankset spindle standards. The BB sleeve has been designed to leave room for internal cable routing. Servicing or replacing bearings is an easy job thanks to easily accessible bearing races, even when the unit is screwed into the frame. Outer seals

Servicing or replacing bearings is an easy job thanks to easily accessible bearing races, even when the unit is screwed into the frame. Outer seals provide extra protection for the already double-sealed bearings. Our PRO BBs use 2x 6806 bearings (30 x 42 x 7mm, ID x OD x W).

Seido offers adapter kits that enable the use of 29mm, 24mm and 24/ 22mm axle diameter configurations.
