Setting Balm Active Ingredients and Functions 

Hydrogen Peroxide - Repairs disulfide bonds in the lashes

Panthenol (B5) - Repairs, conditions and strengthens hair

Glycerin - Moisturizing agent

Mineral Oil - Lubricant, moisturizer

Always half of the lifting time with a minimum of 4 minutes.
