Concise, focused, and full of real-world point and counterpoints, I found this to be more of an essential piece of oratory combat equipment than a book. As a non-lawyer working in public service, this book provides excellent points on interpretation, form versus substance, and the importance of observation and evidence – all skills needed to protect the public interest.
